We take on ourselves healing when we ask Jesus for it. Jesus is not just the “healer” but He IS the healing we are looking for. We don’t just take healing “from” Him, but we take healing OF Him.

When we abide in Him and His Word (living in the Kingdom, understanding that we’re to live in the promises God made to Abraham and throughout the Bible), His presence, grace and glory keep us well, alive and healed. It drives out the demons that caused the sickness.

There are other causes of sickness than just demons, and that includes our bodies wearing out and growing old. It includes our thought patterns that habitually keep our body’s DNA trying to obediently link up to whatever you are “attempting” to create with your thoughts.

Remember we are co-creators with our Father THE Creator. He made us in His image and likeness, giving us powers similar to His and hoping we’ll grow up into the fullness of His image (as we are able to see it through Jesus who came to earth as an example.)

So…when you get healed, you are healed completely, but immediately the devil comes along to do HIS job, which is to steal, kill and destroy. He’s going to whisper lies to you the same as he did to Eve in the garden and the same as he’s been doing all of our lives.

He’ll say, “you’re not really healed, don’t you feel that discomfort over there, that lump, that pain?” Now if you entertain those thoughts and let them rumble around in your head at all, they begin to work against the faith in God and in your healing that you have.

All work in the Spirit realm (God) has to take place here according to our faith. Jesus could do no major works in his home town where they said he was just the kid that grew up next to so and so, and who laughed and got all indignant when He told them He was the Son of God. Faith wouldn’t work there.

Adam and Eve used their faith in the garden to believe what Satan said, and stopped believing what God had said. They tied their allegiance up to “Other than God”. Do you get this?

All LIFE is God, from God, OF God and BY God. All healing is part of LIFE, and everything OTHER than Life is death!!

As soon as doubt crept into Eve’s mind, and she began to entertain the possibility that what God said was not true (for her), faith in God went out the window. It evaporated and made room for faith in OTHER than God.

That deed was done before she bit into the fruit. That deed was done for Adam before he bit into it. He listened to his wife’s OTHER than God, and considered the possibility that what she said was true and what God said was not. Done. Death entered because God was pushed out.

All LIFE must have God to live because this planet has become a fallen planet, under a curse because Adam and Eve (who had absolute and ultimate dominion by God’s decree as He made them) entertained a thought of OTHER than God’s Word.

WE get into huge trouble today when we get out of our bed without first putting on our mental man GOD’s Word and presence (contained in the entertaining of thoughts of His Word). We get into trouble because wherever God is NOT, Satan IS.

All troubles, all sickness, all death, all destruction – everything that falls under Satan’s authority of kill, steal and destroy, exist in the world where God is NOT.

You have to do a few things to get and keep healing.

First you need to get saved (if you aren’t already) through asking Jesus to forgive you and apply His work on the cross to you too. You have to accept that, believe it and make it a part of you.
Next you have to ask Him to be your healer and provider as well as your savior, and take that on you as securely as you take on belief that He has given you eternal life.
Then you have to FEED yourself daily God’s Word, which is drinking OF His living waters, eating of the tree of LIFE from the garden. Jesus IS the tree of life, and all who drink of His waters and eat of His fruit, shall never die.
You have to take authority now over every aspect of your life and bring it under submission to the authority of the name of Jesus. He gave us the authority AND power, the Bible says, before He left to go back to Heaven, He told us to go forth in His name, boldly proclaiming this information and taking authority over demons, sickness and death – doing away with them!! He said baptize people in His name and make the nations understand. THIS is the information He was talking about. That what Adam and Eve lost in the garden by listening to Satan was ransomed back for us, our very lives and the ability to LIVE was given to us through Christ’s work, the Redeemer.

But it won’t mean anything for you, or help you at all unless you take it up daily and apply it to your life!! You must on purpose, with power and authority, claim the Word, KNOW the Word and what it promises and realize deep down inside you that THIS IS MEANT FOR YOU TOO.

You CANNOT go through your life just any way you please, entertaining any thoughts that please you. Your life can’t be haphazard anymore, or filled with demons.

You have to eradicate fear and hate out of your life, and walk in God’s love and mercy towards all men. Don’t hang around with evil, get away from it. Don’t listen to the news, don’t listen to people who talk about sickness, because that will reinforce your belief in OTHER again.

Whenever you slip up and something starts to take authority over you, get bold IMMEDIATELY and cast it out. Remember you have the authority over your body, NOT Satan or his cohorts!

If you don’t on purpose determine when you get up in the morning that THIS DAY ME AND MY FAMILY WILL SERVE THE LORD AND BELIEVE HIS WORD ABOVE ALL OTHER REPORTS, then the devil will eat you for lunch.

You can’t afford to take a chance that Satan won’t grab hold of your mind and prevent you from doing it later. Jesus said, “Whosoever calls upon the name of the Lord will be saved”, so call out “JESUS!! Save me!”
