 | I Corinthians 10:26 For the earth is the Lord's and the fullness thereof. Psalm 50:10, 11, 12, 14, 15 10For every beast of the forest is mine, and the cattle upon a thousand hills. 11I know all the birds of the mountains: and the wild beasts of the field are mine. 12If I were hungry, I would not tell you, for the world and its fullness are Mine. 14Offer to God the sacrifice of thanksgiving, and pay your vows to the Most High, 15And call on Me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you shall honor and glorify Me. Our Christian walk is not about begging God and groveling, hoping that God would throw us a crumb or a spare bone!! Our Father owns it all! See above, He owns the cattle on a thousand hills, and we're His children, adopted, grafted in by the sacrifice at the cross. We are HEIRS, and children of the promise! Hallelujah! All throughout the Bible our Lord has given us the picture of our relationship with Him and not only what He expects from us, but HOW THE "GARDEN" WORKS!! We are told that all that was given to us in the Garden has been restored and life and death are in the power of OUR tongues! We're told to come boldly before the throne of God and make our petitions known before God but that we must forgive others and keep our hearts in the right attitude towards God and man to receive. The apostles said we also believe and have whatever we speak. One way to be sure you're lined up to get the promises (and have your needs met) is in Psalm 50:14, 15 above: 14Offer to God the sacrifice of thanksgiving, and pay your vows to the Most High, 15And call on Me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you shall honor and glorify Me. Another is to speak the words that God said, over our situations. See the faith confessions here to get words you can speak for any situation. So let us no more beg and plead and doubt that God hears us! Let's KNOW that God knows what we need before we ask and be CERTAIN in our hearts that He's already provided it before we got to this day's need, for HIS name's sake - to fulfill our assignments that He has given us. Let us be quick to offer Him thanksgiving and praise, and we will know that we can call upon Him in the day of trouble! God bless you! Keep looking back here for more updates and more words.
